Get fit whilst learning a new skillset!

If you're bored of the grind of cardio on Treadmills, Bikes and Cross trainers, then this is for you! You'll learn a mixture of techniques from a variety of martial arts including Taekwondo, Kick Boxing, Boxing and Muay Thai. We include plenty of stretching, core exercises and a total body circuit at the end of every class. Our emphasis is on fitness and conditioning rather than following a dedicated martial arts program so come and give it a go! 


  • Learn how to strike properly with both hands and feet

  • Learn how to hold pads and build up combinations  

  • Improve flexibility with correct stretching techniques

  • Improve core function and strength 

  • Torch calories, improve muscle tone and fitness fast

  • Build self confidence 

  • Improve hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills


The class is suitable for all levels as you dictate the pace

at which you work! All equipment provided.
