Get fit whilst learning a new skillset!
If you're bored of the grind of cardio on Treadmills, Bikes and Cross trainers, then this is for you! You'll learn a mixture of techniques from a variety of martial arts including Taekwondo, Kick Boxing, Boxing and Muay Thai. We include plenty of stretching, core exercises and a total body circuit at the end of every class. Our emphasis is on fitness and conditioning rather than following a dedicated martial arts program so come and give it a go!
Learn how to strike properly with both hands and feet
Learn how to hold pads and build up combinations
Improve flexibility with correct stretching techniques
Improve core function and strength
Torch calories, improve muscle tone and fitness fast

Improve hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills
